"You know you're with a friend"
When you're with someone who makes you smile, someone who helps you see
How beautiful the simple things in life can be
When you're with someone with warmth to share and kindness to extend,
Someone who really knows you...then you know you're with a friend.
When you're with someone who cares about the things you try to do,
Someone you can confide your deepest thoughts and feelings to
When you're with someone you trust in never needing to pretend,
Someone who helps you know yourself,---you know you're with a friend

Sorry, I was confused. I thought you weren't going to tell me what the string was for. The "giant crawdads" commment was to my giant mud towers posting. That's why I yelled "argh".
Sorry.

yesterday advising us that the interview is scheduled for the morning
of Feb. 24th.

The drive that normally takes about 30 minutes took over an hour and a half last night. We didn't have much snow, but what ever it was that we got had turned to ice on the streets and it all happened just before rush hour.
One guy slid into me, fortunately, thank God, there was no damage to my car. Then a little while later I got stuck on a hill. I didn't know what the heck to do. I backed up a little and tried to go up twice. The 3rd time I just gave it gas and finally skidded all the way up to the light about 40 to 50 feet from where I started. No big problems after that. Just very slow traffic and iced wipers that now need replaced, again. I was so stressed from dealing with all that the night before I didn't want to get in the car in rush hour again this morning.

Usually I can get traction okay on snow if there isn't a whole lot. Though the snow tends to pack at the traffic lights, just where you NEED to be able to stop and start, and turns to ice.
