Actually, the real Quabbalah would be more... interesting, but its probably too strict for a Hollyweirdo and too hard for a mediocre intellect. Ritual Purity, a good, fluent grasp of Hebrew; a solid scholarly understanding the Talmud and various other writings; I mean it is REAL work.

It is always real work when one does not follow the Bible.
That Bible stuff is just too simple.

I've always had a great deal of respect for the Jewish faith, including their lack of proselytization and their desire to discourage conversion unless the community is sure that the would-be convert truly wants to be Jewish and is not doing it for the wrong reasons. I haven't studied anything of Quabbalah since college, but from what little I remember I can be sure that none of the folks practicing this "religion" would have a chance of living up to the behavioral standards that the original adherents strived for.
