I'm sure this will be a short thread, but I'd just like a thread for people to compile all the media, talking head, democrat, overall defeatist et al, comments admiting they've been wrong all along about whether an election in Iraq was possible or about the Iraqi's desire for freedom.
Dude, all I hear are crickets.
< crickets chirping >
I'll hold my judgment until I see what kind of government they've voted for.
LOL ;)
It'll never happen.
That is an awesome picture.
Denny Crane: "I want two things. First God and then Fox News."
No, but there is a thread on Democrat Underground where a poster is giving the terrorists new ideas and other posters are high-fiving him.
Does that count?
It's a quagmire....LOL!!
I'm sure they'll start asking about chads, undervotes, and whining about them needing an "electoral college" instead.
Well, I suppose that is at least a sign they are admitting defeat. I remember them giving Howard Dean a bunch of new ideas after his AAAARGGGGHHH speech. Apparently, Howard Dean doesn't read DU. I don't imagine the terrorists give it much thought either. Too bad. DU is the best friend the terrorists have left.

7. Oh pulleeeese!
And if China invaded America and occupied America and forced an election on Americans to vote under foreign occupation under martial law for an unknown group to next year select an unknown group to select an unknown president and government for America, YOU would vote???
Only an idiot would think...well never mind.
And now back to the REAL world. I hope you enjoyed this brief trip into the fever swamp.
Come back soon hear.
So far they seem to be playing it down, although I just read one headline that said the election is not really democracy. I guess that beats admitting that they were WRONG.
To liven this thread up, a group of Dancing Kurds
A group of Iraqi Kurds celebrate their country's national elections outside a polling station in the northern city of Kirkuk, January 30, 2005. Millions of Iraqis flocked to vote in a historic election Sunday
If anyone still has any doubt our mainstream media is obsolete, that picture ought to clear things up.
poor ol Teddy, he may just go jump off the Chappaquidick bridge this time! What on earth can he fume about tomorrow?
