Or you could abandon Windows altogether -- at the risk of breaking out in a cold sweat, not knowing what to do with the money you would have spent on anti-virus and anti-spyware software.

I know exactly what I would have done with that money; spend it on anti-virus software (not all viruses are Windows-dependent).

Sigh, here we go again.

For the record, there isn't a single known virus that can affect the current version of the Macintosh operating system. There also isn't any known spyware. Check the numerous other Apple threads of late

When did FR turn into a tech forum? :-)
