Perhaps WHO has statistics on the number of scientists in the world, but clearly "40 dead of suspicious circumstances" is a very low number.

Perhaps WHO has statistics on the number of scientists in the world, but clearly "40 dead of suspicious circumstances" is a very low number.
Compared against what kind of standard - it mught be a HIGH number.

What does the obit page for your own local town show, as far as different classes/types of people (employment, doctors, lawyers, biochemists, nuclear weapons researchers).

These things can't be taken too lightly, you know ...
