Specialists said that he was looking to eat humans because he was too old to catch animals.

Well, the poor thing was getting old and it was harder to feed himself. And PETA would certainly have approved his change in diet.

I think PETA might try to introduce him to Tofu.

Ever see their new food lines they promote for animas? Yogurt bits, peanut butter snacks and tofu junk?

Yep, this croc has the Earth First and PETA stamp of approval. It's sad to see an 80 year old beast terminated when he could be just as well be happily feasting on natives. He would have been great for a zoo ..... been fed an occasional live (n kicking) one.
