Chairman of the bench Ken Buck said: “We accept that there are times when you can drive with one hand, but, in holding an apple while negotiating a left hand turn, we consider you not to have been in full control. Please note the as they drive on the left in England, a left-hand turn is the easy one like "right-on-red" is here. You do not have to cross any other lanes of traffic.

Then she should have crashed, shouldn't she?That's what nailed her. She embarrassed the whole government from lawmakers to police to judges by being able to control her car with one hand. Obviously those mentioned above are not capable of so doing.

In Oregon a one armed log truck driver (for 18 years) who is also an FAA tested and certified Twin Engine Commercial pilot has been denied a license renewal to continue driving his truck based on a silly new nanny state Oregon law. They refuse to test him on competence because "an examiner would be afraid to get in the truck with him since he only has one arm". Same type of nonsense.
Now there's a discrimmination lawsuit if I ever saw one!
