If the prosecutor offers the perp a deal, the judge isn't going to challenge it. All nice and neat and routine. This has to be the safest place in the country to be child molester...but God forbid you get caught with a joint. These cases really get to me, and it's the second one in a week. Meanwhile, I get to try and help pick up the pieces.
WOW....what fantastic pics Westy! It is so gorgeous up there. I can't believe it's that springy already. Holy Moses, we won't be seeing that at home for months yet. Darn.
It is so bad at home, and they are expecting what could be another major storm this weekend. My daughter Sherri told me that I might as well stay here until June. Wish I could convince Al of that tho. He actually thinks the grass may need cutting...lol lol lol.... sigggggggghhhh.
Just Damn.........!!!!
Our court system has gone to hell in a hand-basket. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Wow! Westy, I think yall got more blossoms on the trees up there than we do here yet.
He's a dumb*ss pencil pusher that doesn't like to do any actual work and won't risk his job to actually try criminals, so he makes them offers they can't refuse. Even if there had been testimony against him and he got the max, without prosecution for the sex offenses, he'd still have only gotten 6 mos, which would have still been a walk, in my opinion. 19 days??? We put that much time in man hours collecting evidence on this scumbug. It is an absulute insult to us, the commmunity and the "justice" system to give him 19 days. Why didn't they just throw him a party?
She looks pretty puffing away in the sunset:

That's for sure.
Unless the prosecutor is a perv, too, he needs lots of photos of big-eyed hurt children who have been abused plastered all over his walls and the hallway.
My first thought was that he has his own skeletons...
p*ssed off! Our worthless joke of a prosecutor offered a plea to that worthless POS that physically and sexually abused all those kids. They haven't even brought charges on him for the sexual abuse (they think they will get him to confess while he's in jail on the battery charges). How much time did he get, you ask, for punching a 6 year old girl in the face and choking her (while trying to keep her quiet while he was doing other things to her)? 20 days, with one suspended for time served, and that's with a confession! I'm surprised they didn't give him flowers and a Walmart gift card. That is the kind of outrage that makes the O'Reilley show and gets DAs and judges defeated in the next primary.

Not that it is important, but I colored my hair yesterday and now it is a deep auburn instead of strawberry blonde... this will last about 3 weeks, tops. My hair doesn't hold color long, but this time it doesn't look hideous, like the usual bright orangey red that happened when I colored it in December and was so thankful that it had faded away by New Years.
Somebody needs to do something. Sex perps walk regularly, unless they actually confess, and even then, they get off easy. Trials are too messy I suppose, and would probably expose how lacking in actual legal capability these buffoons are.
Is this an elected office?
Don't think that hasn't occurred to us. He even told us when we confronted him a couple of weeks ago that he believes the guy did it.
Maybe he thinks he's buying favor in heaven for himself when he shows mercy to his fellow pervs on earth. He has his own God complex with a twist happening.
The problem with that policy is that without justice, there is no such thing as mercy. There is only injustice.
Yeah, but this isn't even the case that caught their interest. That one is still brewing.
Well tell them about this one if they call back
