What a beautiful enhancement she will always be to your life. Those sweet years cannot be taken away.

Yes, we'll always remember her, and all the funny little things she would do. She was a good companion for the 15 years that she was here with us.

Thank you, Babe. How is your shoulder doing? At least you went to the doctor. Hubby fell and broke his shoulder over a year ago, and didn't go to see his doc for nearly 3 months when it wouldn't stop hurting. His excuse? "I AM a doctor". Oh. That's nice, dear. Anyway, by the time he saw an orthopedic doc, the thing had healed, and the doc decided not to operate, it had healed fairly well on it's own, so he sent him to physical therapy. It took awhile, but he's doing fine now. I hope your recovery goes well, also.

YES, I REMEMBER YOU TELLING OF YOUR HUSBAND'S INJURY. PHYSICIANS ARE THE WORST PATIENTS. I'M GLAD PT DID THE TRICK FOR HIM.

I THINK I'LL BE STARTING PT NEXT WEEK. MY DOC TOLD ME THIS WEEK THAT IF IT CONTINUES TO HEAL NICELY, I'LL NEED TO START MOVING IT. I HAVE TWO MINDS ABOUT THAT. LOL

I sure miss her. When I come in the door, I look for her where she normally would be, on some folded blankets and her thermal pad between the two recliners. She wasn't getting around much any more, she had pretty bad arthritis along with the kidney disease, but she was still alert and bright-eyed up until a few days ago.

So sorry about your little one. You are so lucky you had her for such a long time, but even so it isn't easy.

Good for you, for not letting her suffer. :)
