I don't listen to Hannity, so no point in me jumping into the fracas at that thread.
The kids have been coming down with the flu .. Carly has it now too .. running a temp the last two days
Plus she can't seem to eat anything .. she keeps saying everything taste bad .. including ice cream
I'll have to make an appointment for the doctor if she's not any better tomorrow

Yesterday she was a complete slug and just laid on the couch

How's the movie biz going these days ...
It's very slow... but the agencies say it is picking up now, with several major studio pics filming here this spring. A Sandra Bullock, Jeff Daniels movie just got started Monday. She lives here in town.
I like her movies .. they aren't all blood and guts type movies

I checked out the Hannity thread but have mixed feelings about him and couldn't get interested in all the name calling. Those threads tend to become less about the subject and more about the posters, most with egos bigger than Hannity and O'Reilly combined.

I like Sandra Bullock too, she's one of my favorites...has that "tomboy-girl next door" attraction.
I'm still up in thin air...this project plus the constant traveling is starting to wear.

Good to see you again.
Good morning everybody! I've been wanting to post for the past few days but have been so involved in all the activities at this resort that time has gotten away from me.
We are having such a good time at our southern location. Last night Mr. Prairie and I played shuffleboard for the first time. Our games were pretty sad, but it was fun. There are so many activities here it is just incredible. I believe there's a craft session this afternoon I might attend. There's every sort of card game, dancing (line, square, round, ballroom and country) crafts, quilting, exercise classes, tennis, golf.....I'm leaving out half of it I'll bet. So it's easy to keep the days filled.
Although I miss being on FR and knowing what's going on, so will be able to do that a bit more I think, now that we are settled in. Wonderful weather so far, 80's daytime and cools down nicely at night. :^)

They started on the deck yesterday, but for some reason no one showed up today for work.

Jeeeeeeeze..I just noticed that I posted the same pic. I think I need to fall off the wagon.
I will on Sat. night.. The next door neighbors for a party...Oh dear..and I was just starting to heal..lol.
That's not wood Lod, that's the new compostite stuff. Easier to take care of, as there is no staining or painting.
