I can't believe she's going to get out of prison and then have her own reality show.

I can't say I'm surprised about it

Hollyweird usually promotes criminals as the victim

"Woman, 73, Jailed for Feeding Pigeons"

Uh oh. If they throw you in jail for feeding them, what do they do to you for shooting them? How about wringing their little necks?

Try a CO2 pelet pistol with a red dot optical sight. You can draw it from purse or large coat pocket and whack one without being detected.

Over the weeks a slow mysterious plague will devastate the local pigeon population.

Poisoning Pigeons in the Park

Poisoning Pigeons in the Park
(Tom Lehrer)

Spring is here, a-suh-puh-ring is here.
Life is skittles and life is beer.
I think the loveliest time of the year
Is the spring. I do, don't you?
'Course you do.
But there's one thing that makes spring complete for me,
And makes every Sunday a treat for me:

All the world seems in tune on a spring afternoon,
When we're poisoning pigeons in the park.
Every Sunday you'll see my sweetheart and me,
As we poison the pigeons in the park.

When they see us coming, the birdies all try and hide,
But they still go for peanuts when coated with cyanide.
The sun's shining bright, everything seems all right,
When we're poisoning pigeons in the park.

We've gained notoriety, and caused much anxiety
In the Audubon Society with our games.
They call it impiety and lack of propriety,
And quite a variety of unpleasant names.
But it's not against any religion
To want to dispose of a pigeon.

So if Sunday you're free, why don't you come with me,
And we'll poison the pigeons in the park.
And maybe we'll do in a squirrel or two,
While we're poisoning pigeons in the park.

We'll murder them all amid laughter and merriment,
Except for the few we take home to experiment.
My pulse will be quickening with each drop of strychnine
We feed to a pigeon. It just takes a smidgin
To poison a pigeon in the park.

When I got up this morning, that silly robin was at the feeder again, and not only that, he was getting an attitude with the cardinals. Very strange.

LOL!!! That was me a few hours ago, only for two minutes. I was just kidding - not total rampage. I just had some bad customer service (phone person at upscale market hung up on me basically). The manager sent me an apology note.

There is this certain lotion which keeps our hands from cracking in the winter, it's brewed by a chemist in Phoenix and only available at one store in town (an hour away). All I wanted to know is if they got it re-stocked...

I also call or write stores to thank them for good customer service to balance out the occasional negative "incident".

Nermal is being such a rotten cat today. He has been whining and nagging me all day! He gets in my lap and won't let me type. He keeps bumping my arm with his head...on purpose. Then, if I put him down, he whines and fusses. I guess he figures when I'm home, he owns me.

Sometimes they are so needy and annoying, I reward them by letting them go play outside (semi-supervised of course). That way I can clean, do laundry, whatever, without the plaintive meowing and head butting. LOL.

Don't you hate when they try to FReep for you? Hahhahahha.
I wouldn't be surprised to come in here one day and find Tank writing Nermal.

This guy can tell a good story and make Greek Mythology learnable in a humorous way!

a few quotes from Zeus....

When Zeus refused her plea, she cut him off. Then, in anger, he appeared in all his glory, flashing thunder and lightning, and instantly she was burned to a crisp.

One summer night down at Thanasi's Olympus Greek Restaurant, uncle Zeus had slipped away from his wife Hera to sow some wild oats, the old rascal, and near the end of the evening he was feeling no pain, having a jolly old time flirting with his handmaiden, the beautiful nymph Victoria. It was long past closing time, Orpheus and his lyre had hours ago bid us fond adieu, and to get rid of Zeus we told him that we had ran out of both nectar and ambrosia, his two favourite drinks. Last call was two hours ago, Big Guy. Go home to Hera.

The Arch of Zeus at Thanasi's Olympus Man, was Zeus upset at getting cut off! He unleashed one of his patented thunderbolts and opened up an arch between the Blue and the Red rooms, where there used to be a thick concrete wall. A fountain appeared on both sides, spouting nectar and ambrosia. To this day we keep it open as a reminder not to mess with mighty Zeus.

(Uncle Zeus felt badly the next morning after he sobered up, so he had Hermes deliver us a statue of Aphrodite and Poseidon that we placed in the new fountains he created. He was a real thoughtful person, albeit a terrible drunk. The arch looks real nice, by the way, everyone agrees it's a big improvement. Besides, it makes for a great conversation piece.)
