Okay, so I'm a transient soul inhabiting this form.
I stole it fair and square.
;-)
/ joke.
Realistically, I've been accused of being older than I really am.

Except that I get hyper when the storm is on it's way, and when it hits I suddenly mellow out. You're lucky. Most of us old farts just hurt all over when a storm is aproaching and then feel ok when it arives.
The wind and cold aren't near as bothersome if you get a humidifier and keep the air from getting too dry.

transient soulMe too, and I'm doing things better the next go-around. Including only wearing flats and combat boots.

How's Sugar? LOL...I am assuming that you mean the new kitty. Well, Jeremiah named him Mickey, thank goodness. He is quite at home with three rowdy grandkids. He lets them chase him and then comes to sleep on their laps. Heh heh, I found the perfect match, for him and them. LOL

Swervy's on a date, oddly he's posting HERE while on his date.
*Preee-vert!*
/ joke.
As for myself, I'm massively undate-able and currently attached.
Not that said attachment still wants me around.
:-/
*shrugs*
I'm cursed when it comes to relationships.
I guess I'm better off as a friend than as anything else.

I stole it fair and square. A used soul, yeah, that accounts for it.
It's like a used car, you never can be quite sure how many miles the original owner put on it.
Or how hard he pushed it.
And BQ's problem is caused by used soles.

Happens.
Odd.
Inherited from my grandparents.
Grandma on mom's side went from bipolar to dangerous schizophrenic.
Grandpa could feel the lightning storms coming, and would go driving out in the storms.
(Think the nice tornado spawners Ohio has.)
So I won the nice genetic lottery in the family.
So far I'm the only one who can feel the storms coming.
"Yay, me."
*chuckle*

This is true.
Though the bone I broke in my foot hurts when the low pressure front moves through.
(I usually have advance warning that I'm gonna get weirder.)

I love these boots.
Wish I could find them in my size to replace the ones I'm wearing.
That's the hard part.

Salt water has a higher density than fresh water so would tend to settle lower in a reservoir than fresh at the same temperature.

You'd have done well over in tsunami-land.
A blessing, and a curse.
Cheers up there.

Thanks.
Would that explain the odd thing that happens at New Zealand with the icy rivers driving under the relatively warmer sea water?
Or is there some variable to govern this that I am forgetting/overlooking?
