Siberia, lovely. We lost distant relatives that way too. My father's choice was either risk a concentration camp in Poland, escaping that way, or be sent to a labor camp in Siberia. His family went to the concentration camp. Luckily, they bribed their way out and then the war ended. They lived in DP (displaced persons) camps for a couple of years. His mother was the first female lawyer in Lithuania and his father a semi-famous architect. They thought they'd be allowed to return home to Lithuania but when FDR sold us down the river, clearly that did not happen.

My siblings and I all learned English in first grade - not a biggie when you are that little. It's only because we didn't have a tv, and my parents didn't speak English at home. We still don't speak English with each other. Nice to have a secret language hardly anyone out West knows :)

I think it was more the concern that he would snap and kill someone (me) and that they'd be liable.

My sense was that they were behind me in principle, but just couldn't take the business risk.

BTW his hobby was Thai kick boxing, and he was trained in Thailand. (I'm guessing the møøselimb area in the south, and it was a combined kick boxing and jihad course).

You'd be amazed (well, maybe you wouldn't) how many of my clients are on it, or trying to get it. In a couple of cases, they should (those are generally the ones that have the hardest time getting it), but in most cases, it is just that they don't want to work so they manufacture some "disability" to be excused from working so they have more time to abuse their kids.

I wouldn't even mind their getting it if they had to be sterilized first so we could end the multi-generational degeneracy.

As Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. said in in Buck v. Bell, a ruling on mandatory sterilization:
“It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind...
