OK, Val. When the floor is installed, I'll take a digital photo and send it to you, and you can suggest some colors. How's that? :) I have a brochure from Glidden paints with neutrals.
I'm thinking of a peachy kind of color in the master bedroom. The floor is oak, and I have green bedlinens - willow green. I had same sample chips and the peachy colors looked good to me.
More than you want to know about paint from Lowes

Peach and light greens look so nice together.
A melon pallette ... cantaloupe and honeydew
!! You mean I figured one out on my own? Gads. Who'da thunk it? LOL!

I do believe I've seen it all now. I had a robin feeding at the bird feeder. I've never seen that before. Bugs can't possibly THAT scarce.

But it should time out to a red X soon.
Grannie did you figure the cards out?
My friend.......ha ha!
Go with Sis on this one, imo.
The contrast will be sharp and clean looking.

LOL!
I was bein' 'charming'.. I know, wrong kind of charming.
Not my fault, and I wouldn't have complained..
Who woke you up? The sun, weak as it is, is still up.
I've been up.
And the sun doesn't bother me much.
;-)
You have been finding the neatest sites.

You've obviously not been wearing your Tin Foil Hat properly when near the computer.

OMG is right. She made a complete a$$ of herself.
Wow.
Thanks for the Stoney Hill link.
I watched that show the other night. It was really incredible.
NO rain Westy? It always rains in Washington. It's like Vancouver. But when the sun shines, it's lush and emerald green and just plain beautiful.
You know what Ringy. I like it when we have a really really cold winter. It's not that the winter is pleasant but the next summer and the rest of the year is way better. That cold weather kills off a lot of bugs. Even garden ones. We have needed a real good cold winter for several years now. The aphids are unbelieveable. My cherry tree has wonderful cherries but last summer the leaves were all curled up and BLACK with aphids!! My brother-in-law sprayed it for me at the end of September, but I never used to spray my fruit trees.
