NASCAR Free Republic Fantasy League - 2005

They're testing in Daytona, and Yahoo has opened the doors to the home of the Free Republic Fantasy League. As the 2004 champ (by a fender over WestCoastGal's JuniorsDreamTeam), one of my duties is to get the tires rolling, so I have.

You'll need a Yahoo ID (because they run it), then head here and sign up. The league ID is 1468, and the password is freepers.

Bubba Q Racing is running practice laps as we speak. Soon, we plan to purchase an engine, and actually start driving practice laps.

Bo is excited about the new season. He is more excited about chasing pine cones though. We'll see how it all shakes out. I've traded in his traffic leash for a hans.

btw, Rule change this year, Hans is now exclusive restraint device this year to be used by teams..

I didn't start a team. I don't know enough about this to get involved. I think I will just stand on the outside and watch. :)

First I have heard about this. I am against this. The men need to be able to work on the cars comfortably. The windows will be awfully intimidating.

Wish I could have a dog (I'm allergic to them), but my sisters make up for that (the younger one has a pair of German Shepards, the older one has a beagle and an old mutt).

He's our team manager... we do whatever he tells us to.

I think you have to recognize that Bo belongs to the same union as Dogbert... so in answer to your question... we think he's pulling us around.

I was at a wildflower farm near Fredericksburg recently that was selling armadillos, they had a whole herd of the cute little metal yard ornaments (very cute little guys). I wish I had bought one now for the yard.
