I don't see the dispersion of ashes as disrespectful. He is not limited. I believe that since YHWH can gather His people from all over the earth, He can reunite the person's ashes, too.

To suggest that dispersed ashes are somehow disrespectful, what then happens to those who were blown to bits and scattered by war? Are only those dispersed by others at risk? What about those that are scattered/dispersed during solemn, respectful memorial services?

We have no doubts either and it's kind of strange that you think we do. Is it that hard to think that we think that the deceased's remains should be treated with respect?
