I raised 3 boys. I have lot's of harmless teenage prank stories. Unfortunately I can't share them though because I don't know what the statue of limitations are:')

Don't you ever tell anyone I didn't tell ya to runnnnnnnn! :) What does Becky think? ;o)
I'm very happy being single and independent. Stacy is great, and I enjoy spending time with her. Doesn't mean I'm ready to rush into a second marriage. How does the saying go? "A second marriage is the triumph of optimism over experience". I'd only commit to someone with whom I am truly compatible, where we work together as partners and where we appreciate one another.

I've actually been looking at some investment real estate, but it's a little less
damp than what you picture. ;o)
The flip side of what I said is that, absent those things, I'd choose to remain single and independent. Not gonna get myself back into the kind of situation I'm just about done extricating myself from. No way.

Well, 1000 dollars isn't bad and it has potential and lots of trees. Just need to figure out a way to dry it up a little bit. A sump (ms?) pump maybe? :')

What type of properties are you look at?

What type of properties are you look at? Undeveloped rural property. 10-20+ acre wooded parcels within close proximity to a newly-completed highway along a future growth corridor. In the area in which I'm looking, the going rate is around $4,000/acre.

Scary to look at but Alligator gar not bad. They make good boots too. Just don't know where I would put the barn or the arena though:')
To: malakhi
Undeveloped rural property can be worked at so many different angles if it good land and in a good spot. Do research and see whats coming, you can set on it if something big is coming and sell to a developer, or clean it up at the entrances with white fence, gates and sell it off in tracks, you could even develop it yourself.

:'). Is 4000 bad? Around here the cheapest I can find is 5500 an acre. Farm land. Raw. No trees.

Yeah. We bought a 70x150 lot about 7 years ago for 8000. We are taxed for 16000 now.
