After a nine month hiatus, The Neverending Story, the granddaddy of daily threads, has returned to Free Republic. Originally begun on March 24, 2001, as a religious discussion thread, the NES evolved over time into a daily thread spanning a wide variety of topics. The new and improved Neverending Story will feature conversation on religion, politics, culture, current events, business, sports, family, hobbies, general fellowship and more. We welcome you to hang your hat in our little corner of FR. We ask you to abide by the FR posting rules and, even in the midst of serious debate, to keep the discussion friendly and respectful. Those who wish to "duke it out" are asked to take it over to the Smoky Backroom. I placed this thread in "General/Chat" for a reason, so play nice and have fun! :o)
hey! It's a little more reputable than that.
I don't think so. Have you read her book The Proper Care & Feeding of Husbands? I could have written it.
Congratulations!
I'm opening a commercial window cleaning franchise in March.
Excellent! Best wishes with that.
How's things going for you?
Very well. Life is good! :o)
After we complete the background check. ;o)
Oh! And when does recess begin? (I....can't....seem....to....stand....up)
It's always recess here. :o)
I hate you:)
Mack's all the time quoting that damn book to me:)
Mack says: "All I want from life/wife is a beer and to see something naked once in a while:)"
Becky
We are supposed to feed yall too?
I haven't read it but I always felt there was something strange about her:')
Well in reality, I agree with everything I have heard the book says. I don't think there are many women out there who take care of their husbands the way they should. But then too:), I don't there are many men who take care of their wives either according to biblical standards for both.
Becky
Well in theory I agree with you but in reality I differ I guess. It goes both ways. Nuff said on my part.
I don't think that's Dr. Laura.... I think it's the "you might be a redneck if.." guy.
Dr Laura says about men "If I'm not horny make me a sandwich"
Same thing:)
BigMack
Are you bashing Dr Laura?
You should read and obey everything in the book. :)
BigMack
which what? (who?)
LOL, if he's no more specific than that, you could send him out to the barn. ;o)
I try. I really do but .....:')
Yep. The difference being, there are plenty of books for women, but (aside from Dr. Laura's) precious few for men.
Catholic,Baptist, or other?
Better yet if she's naked when she brings it, I'd imagine. ;~D
Oh sorry. Other
Macks' alright:). He takes care of me the way a man should take care of his wife. He pays my horse bills:)
