I've seen a few of his videos. They don't impress me. IMO, they are unrealistic for the average horse owner.
I saw the video of his on loading a problem horse....LOL...I could only wish the problems I had loading some horses were as easy as the horse he was working with.

I wholeheartedly agree. She tried to make me use some of the techniques on my horse, and I just suceeded in confusing the hell out of him! However, I did use the idea of constantly driving the horse away from me when I was teaching my horse how to free lunge. Once he figured out what he wanted, things went fairly smoothly.

Years ago, in North Carolina I took my truck and trailer to help a friend pick up an Arab mare she was going to lease for breeding. About 25 miles distance from where we lived. We got there, fought with that mare for hours trying to get her in a trailer and finally quit. It had gotten to the point where the mare was going to seriously hurt herself.
My friend decided she would ride her home and we started out, her riding, me tailing her with the pickup and trailer. We cut across the training areas of Fort Bragg to cut off some of the distance and to stay on dirt roads - the mare had no shoes. We were limping along and the mare's feet are beginning to crack, she was a basket case having not been ridden much at all. We passed some troops out on maneuvers and I stopped the truck and called to the guys. There were eight soldiers, all kids. I said, Hey, you guys afraid of horses? No ma'am, comes the reply. I said, do me a favor - pick this horse up and stuff her in the trailer. They looked at me like I was nuts but when I assured them that I was dead serious, they came over, picked her up and stuffed her in that trailer. :)
