This is the little one below our house that I cross alot riding. You can see from a previous flood that part of the bridge got washed away. That bridge has been under water 3-4 times since we've been here. The bridge got washed away about 3-4 years ago. Every year we have been told it's going to get fixed.
It's kind of hard to tell from this picture, and it's the best of the one's I took, how much water this is, but this creek bed is 30-40 foot deep.
This is in town, usually what Bixby looks like after a rain:
And, since I had the camera and was taking pictures, I took 2 of MY dream place. This place has 80 acres. Indoor/outdoor arena, hay barn, stables, pecan grove, and great great pasture and hay field. The lady that owns it rasies Arabs/1/2 Arabs. I bought my first Arab from her. The house is not big, it's pretty old, but well kept, just a frame house, and it's all set up really really well. She doesn't board horses, or sell them usually or anything, they're pretty much just her hobby, but she does it alot.
This is a view of the place thru the peacon grove:

Wow... lots of water in those swollen rivers!
You're right about that gorgeous place. I would love to go cantering through that pecan grove myself!
How could anyone live in a place like that mobile park that floods like that over a heavy rain?
"This is the little one below our house" 30-40 foot deep? My river - the Carson River maybe hits 10 foot deep after a lot of run off :) Boy, I like that 80 acre place.
