My all time favorites are Audrey Hepburn and Sophia Loren. I saw the movue 'Houseboat' when I was about 10 years old and finally figured out what the nuns meant by impure thoughts when I saw Sophia Loren dressed in that gold gown to go to the Country Club ball.
Jennifer Connely belongs on the list, if I may add my 2 cents and 2 eyes.

Sally Field beautiful? Winona Ryder? And not Jean Simmons? Janet Leigh? Puh-lease. Heck, what about Denise Richards? Halle Berry? Jennifer Love Hewitt? Dyan Cannon?

My list would include Vivien Leigh, Natalie Wood, Maureen O'Hara and Rita Hayworth.
