Honestly -- I didn't really have a choice in the matter. We were caught up ice with only one defenseman back, and three of their forwards came in on our goal. I was skating back as fast as I could when one of them took a shot, and I was skating so hard that I ran into one of the others right at our goal when I caught up to him.

The referee had been warning me all game long because I was trying to get away with pushing their forwards around in front of our goal, and that play looked so much worse than any of the others that he figured he had to penalize me on ONE of them at least. LOL.
