Practice makes perfect.....post on....
i distinctly recall xsboy insisting he needed STRAIGHTLINE MACARONI when his grandpa tried to give him something other than Krafts macncheese from the box.
yippee!!
Because I may not be the only idiot around here that needs an atty.
Maybe the SOB was driving the SUV!!!!!!!!
of course not.
I guess family is just weird.........we all eat both boxed MnC and homemade from scratch.....including jax.
my kids will not eat chicken on the bone which totally scandalizes me, but talking about this the other night at dinner, xshub has no problem with it bc he said he never had chicken on the bone growing up either. his mother totally ruined him by overindulging him with that kind of thing. he is completely aberrant now bc of it : )
Nobody believed I was serious. :(
Yikes. I prefer chicken on the bone. First, it's cheaper, and second, far more versatile, thus more conducive to various cooking techniques and flavoring than boneless.
I do buy boneless, only because I've never gotten the hang of boning it myself, generally for stir-fry, tamales, parmiagana and occassionally for quick on the grill.
How do they handle turkey?
Popeye's is better, heck even Hardee's is better. The local Royal Farms convenience store has better chicken than KFC.......
That may be, but I grew up on KFC, and KFC is what I like.
{oops I used an N word!}
oh for heaven's sake, go down to Broad St. and buy your own dang bucket. are ya helpless?
well it is sliced for them and put on a platter but they aren't wild about it.
KFC was all I ever knew............until I tried others.
My big thing about KFC is they are so overpriced. For what they charge for on of the big buckets I can buy 2 cases of chicken that is fresh from the processing plant and have chicken in the freezer to last nearly a year.
You're kids are spoiled.
A++++ and a few extra plusses for the use of NIGGARDLY in that sentence, that was great! every time i hear that story about the UN nincompoop complaining about our aid i see RED!
very much so.
Where do you do that? Sounds like a great idea.
well you pay for the convenience. i am not inclined to buy something by the case and go through all the rigamarole that it takes to get it cleaned and packaged for use. that is what i pay for. i will buy oven stuffers, but that is the only type of boned chicken i buy.
