Sometimes they add a C-H there
(Though that's comparatively rare)

Sometimes it's just a plain hard 'H'
Sometimes it's got this sort of back at the throat about-to-hock-a-lugie
sound that I don't know how long it should go on for 'cause I'm just a
Methodist and they never taught us that stuff or indeed all that much about
Methodism...ish...ness
