"It's a fake....I can buy them all over Chinatown...even get a faux Tiffanyy box.."

Nope. She is quite real as are her four friends. Got some little scars from where that big stinger found its mark to prove it too!

I have a pet person.

I keep her in the basement.

I feed her just enough to stay alive.

Whenever I see one of those I either squish it or get the bug spray out. The scorpions around here are little brown ones, not quite the size of a red wasp.

We've had Embdens (white geese) -- vicious things, those geese, during mating season.

Right now, we have an elderly mostly golden retriever, a young and apparently mentally challenged ADHD one year old golden retriever who thinks her name is "you stupid dog!" (she unpots plants and chews up wicker) and a middle aged mostly black lab, maybe 1/4 Rott who followed me home from a walk, starving, with heart worms, and who is one of the best dogs I've ever seen. He was, we believe, someone's duck dog, knows lots of commands, checks out my husband's guns when he comes in from hunting, loves our pond, is always ready to hop in the back of a truck, and is crazy about the grandchildren. So son and his wife are are taking them home with them to Texas after Christmas.

Oh, and we also have two goldfish.

I guess the most unusual thing we ever had was a ferret. Such a funny animal.

What kind of weird pets do you have?

This little abomination belongs to my wife. His name is "Larry" and he's a Persian Guinea Pig. He's elusive when I'm around, and I was surprised to be able to catch this shot of him for your post.

It's a tribble!

Cute little monster, isn't he?

We've got a Cocker Spaniel who's a tad odd; does he count?

Cute or revolting, I guess it depends on who you ask. Tribble? Isn't that some sort of frame?

Frame?

Dunno! But there was a show in the original Star Trek series with furry little animals called tribbles that multiplied faster than rabbits. "Trouble with Tribbles" the episode was called.

Ah-Haach! This little thing is a lot like a rabbit in that he eats veggies. He makes a weird chirp / gurgle sound. I don't know, but I prefer dogs.

If you think that's cute, I'll have her take a shot of me while I'm taking a nap.

On second thought. . . . . never mind.

Unnnghh!!!

We have a goofy dog, two old crotchety tomcats, and a young, brain damaged one who is facinated with the toilet and any activity associated with it.

Plus 2 kids, a wife and me.

Well, it's not so much weird as it is sad.
My pets have a drinking problem.

Please don't laugh.
It's not like I'm making this stuff up.
