New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, |

Still round the corner there may wait |
Home is behind, the world ahead, |
Tha' art an ill-mannered lout...
I was going to come spam.
I have no idea...xbox I guess. All I know is it's cube-shaped and it plays games.
Cause he's looking for his Home-er...
And he's dopey enough that it fits :~D
She's going "Poor dog! And then you had to name him 'Homer!'"
Nobody's come to claim him, huh?
D'oh!
Not yet.... no word. Called and filed a 'found dog' description with animal control today in case someone goes looking there.
Hope you're doing better...
You wouldn't want one o' my half-a-days...
Do you want someone to come claim him?
Today was much better, since Granny wasn't around. She did call and whine that she wasn't working and how come nobody was coming over to see her (because we sibs wanted to have a nice day together at the movies and we're about ready to kill her, that's why)
If Dad weren't in a lousy mood about having to work, it'd be so much better...
Evenin' folks. We took Luke to see The Incredibles this afternoon. Fine movie. He got a bit skeered at some parts, but did okay.
Jr's got friends over spendin' the night. What were we thinkin?
This morning Luke and I worked on his Hot Wheels "Slime-cano" that Santa brought him. We had it put together, but today we used the "lava" that came with it.
It's kinda got the consistency of snot.
Well, if he has a home, yeah.... he's a nice old guy, but change is always hard to adjust to... And someone's already got this guy's frolicking youth, they should have the expense and sadness of his golden years too.
When I was working as a social worker, someone brought in four four-week old kittens one day. The mama had been hit by a car.
I named mine "Foster" (as in "Foster Kitty").
Hmmm... Hot Wheels... loved those. A "slime-cano"???
Cool... :-)
Evening Corin - and the purpose of the 'slime' is?
And thay wonder why we don't (always) want them around...
So the Hot Wheels can drive through the volcano...
I couldn't figure out how the slime factored into the thing either...
Slime needs a purpose? No. Slime is good and useful just being what it is.
Clearly, you've never been a six year old boy. :-)
I swear, what I'd give for a single kind old grandmother, the sort who makes cookies and listens to your triumphs...
My mother makes us swear regularly that if she ever makes us as miserable as her mother makes her, we'll shoot her.
Clearly... ;~D
