Are the Police and Courts doing a good job, are we still protected by the Constitution or do Judges and the Police make their own law.
ummmmm
que?
While I agree with the death penalty in principle, I have to say that in a lot of cases, it appears to be just another government program gone bad.
This is my first time here, I thought this was posted under crime, move it to it's proper forum please.
Even if this is not in the correct forum, this will be news to many. Thanks
YOU!
Who let you in here?
You were told to wait in the car!
...are we still protected by the Constitution or do Judges and the Police make their own law.
AGAIN, that depends on perspective and is so subjective as to be rhetorical. A protagonist of Roe vs Wade would say judges do make law. A proponent of Roe vs Wade would say they simply upheld the Constitution.
Yet, someone standing on the provisions of the 9th and 10th Amendments will be laughed out of a courtroom so being "protected by the Constitution" is still under question, even in our current world.
Rhetorical questions aren't good questions.
your say: Rhetorical questions aren't good questions.
I say: the value of any questions is based on the reply to the question.
No opinion is not a reply to a question.
The difference between talkers and doers is decision making and taking a position until new information requires the decision maker to change.
