LeROY, Minn. -- The Grinch is alive and well, and acting up in LeRoy.
Mower County authorities say someone smashed piggy banks in three children's bedrooms and took a total of about $100 during a burglary at a home in the southern Minnesota community of LeRoy.
The intruder entered the home through an unlocked garage door while nobody was home around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
