I think I hear what you're saying. I was in a business where 40-pound livers were a badge of pride, and several of us became jake-legs. The ones who blamed the boss or the clients still are. The ones who realized that no one forced a pop down their throats don't have hangovers any more, and as I said, it makes life a lot easier.

In the final analysis, you're in charge, nobody else is, and you can punch that hangman in the nose anytime you want to. Good luck!
