Oh my.....been there, done that (customer service, but not the telecom part) and you have my *utmost* respect and sympathy!
Kind of gives you a healthy respect for people that have gone postal, doesn't it?
too true, actually my job has prepared that for me quite well. I work as a customer service rep for a major telecom company... I never see a day out of the line of fire... :)
But it has served to sharpen my wit a bit.. :)
