Riig declined to speculate about how the man, who had been drinking, could have had sex in his sleep, apparently after undressing the woman. But he said an ex-partner of the man had testified by telephone that similar things had happened to her. Some people walk and shout in their sleep, this guy has sex!

Sounds like a threesome with Aquavit.
To: Pfesser
I guess this gives new meaning to the "wet dream".

Happens all the time.
However, the more discerning "humper" learns to take the trousers and sweater OFF the pillow before retiring.

awoke to find the 34-year-old man having sex with her. How do you wake up and find someone having sex with you. Wouldn't the wine and Barry Mantilow songs wake you up first?

Maybe some justice minded Norwegian can use the same defense for blowing the perps brains out.

"He said that he was asleep and the majority of the judges found that they could not rule out the possibility," defense lawyer Christian Riig told NRK public radio.
This guy HAS to be related to John Edwards

"But he said an ex partner of the man had TESTIFIED BY TELEPHONE..."
Who was the person on the phone? Can we be sure it was the alledged ex-partner? In the U.S., do we allow 'telephonic testimony' in even our smallest courts, such as small claims and traffic? But they allow this in a rape case in Europe? Maybe our justice system isn't so bad.

At least twice per month, Mrs. Glock tells me that I came on to her in the night.I tried it once when I was sleeping. Mrs. weenie slugged me...said she thought she was having a nightmare.
I stay on my side of the bed now.

Hey this exact thing happened to me!
Of course it was with my wife. And we were already in the same bed with little clothing on to begin with.
No one screamed though, which might not be a good thing.

This is even better than the time my lawyer got an attempted rape charge reduced to "following to close" and sent to traffic court.
