love happy endings like this.. loser is the couple that had to give up a nice pet to return to rightful owners. wonder how expensive the microchip procedure is?

The microchip is very popular in our town as we have an official dog warden appointed by the local council who is constantly driving out about and can also be reached by telephone and they can read the microchips in their van and so immediately return the dogs to their owners without having to take them to the dog pound.
