Mine are tattooed on their bellies with my SS number.
It's traceable from anywhere without special equipment.
One phone call to any SS office would do it.
[plus the tattoo clinic gives a tag with an 800 number that connects to their records database]
[and no "mark of the beasts" jokes, please]....;)
