My family usually likes the fudge I've made for them - will see if I make any this year or not. Now if I could just learn the secret to making Godiva chocolates.........that there's a whole 'nother ball of wax!

love Godiva.. here we have also Malleys.. local Godiva type.

Better feed cats .. they are all over my lap,keyboard, one is biting my ankle.. these little subtle hints..

..that there's a whole 'nother ball of wax!

It wasn't until a few years ago that I learned many recipes really do call for wax - parafin- to put into fudge and other chocolates. It keeps is solid at room temperature.
