"Judaism (yes, many American Jews have "Hannukah bushes")"

A bush is not the same a a spruce or pine TREE

Do pagan/wiccan/earth based religions use pine/spruce trees, if so, well excuse me for assuming that for the last billion years christians were the only ones using Christmas Trees.

ok, um, semantics lesson:

Hanukkah "bush" is a joke term for tree. They use trees.

Now, history lesson:

Christianity is less than 2,000 years old. Not billions. The only religion that could claim to be billions of years old is paganism.

The tree you think belongs to Christmas is a Yule tree borrowed from pagans in Europe. Seriously. Try reading some history. It's not secret or forbidden knowledge.

Finally, yes, they use pine or spruce trees...those are the only green trees in December unless you live in the tropics.
