He should build a Catholic college there! A genuinely Christian Christendom.
He may well have that in mind. I am sure he will build a traditional Catholic Chapel there. Regardless of his plans for the needs and desires of himslef and his family, I am sure that he may at the very least want to have it as a "Catholic colony"........or retreat center, perhaps?
