    I don't think it's funny at all. I think it's sad.
The Pillsbury Dough Boy never directly impacted my life but I always found his upbeat demeanor to be a positive influence on those around him. To my knowledge, the Pillsbury Dough Boy never wore a frown, and that is how he should be remembered.
I wonder if he had any kids and if so, if any of the will carry the torch in future Pillsbury commercials and advertisements.
Whatever happened to Frankenberry? That was another positive role model for me when I was growing up.

    My late father
hated the Pillsbury Dough Boy. Every time he'd be on TV, Dad would say, "I'd like to take that little bastard and stomp him into a f*****g tortilla!!!!!!" LOL Can't blame him - I'd like to go after those Intel blue guys with a 30.06. They creep me out, big time.

Sara Lee refused to attend. When asked why, she said, "The last time we were together, he was poppin' fresh with me!"

Groan-o-rama! Hey, I know a lot of Dan Rather jokes but they're getting kind of stale.
