"*sigh*, do you think in our lifetime we will see CA's 55 electoral votes go a conservative? I will never give up hope for our state, but it sure is discouraging. I am convinced that the solution is for us to secede from the state, take half of the electoral votes and form our own state of "Central California". Works for me. ;-)"
Let me know so I can join you.
Oh no, are you in enemy territory? At least Amy and I have the satisfaction of knowing that our Central Valley neighbors voted overwhelmingly for Bush. :-)
BTW, Amy, we will be there Friday for the rally, barring any illness. I woke up with a sore throat and have been feeling kind of yucky, hopefully I can fend this thing off with mega-doses of echinacea.
I wasn't so lucky. We were threatened with not being able to leave unless we had at least one dish of leftovers in our possession.
:-)
Actually, I am in one of the friendly counties(Ventura)
and Elton Gallegly is our congressman.
LOL, OK...leftovers (what is left of them) ---> in the trash.
Yikes, tomorrow is December already! Note to self: start shopping!
Well, good. I am glad to know that! I wonder if Santa Barbara county is friendly too? I used to live there, in Santa Barbara. You're so fortunate to live near the coast, and to be in friendly territory at the same time. Seems to me the liberals have taken over most all of the really pretty parts of CA. I used to love going to San Francisco. I don't even go there anymore.
Did you run your virus zapper?
Ha! Tell me about it.
Hi Colleen. Yep, I can't believe this year is almost over. What's going on?
Nice you see you around here.
Does anyone have anti-virus software that can be used on my fellow employees and my hockey teammates? I've been sick a lot over the last couple of months. LOL.
Most definitely. :-)
Hi AC. I use Norton antivirus.
Note the quintessential pen holder on the nerd!
ROTF....
LOL! Hi Victoria! How are you doing?
I don't think Norton will keep other people from getting me sick, though. LOL.
LOL! You're very observant.
Santa Barbara is slightly more conservative than liberal. What screws it up is UCSB, which, like most universities, spreads the venom of liberalism.
By the way, I have never properly complemented you on your graphics. They are fabulous! I look forward to them every morning.
best,
Tim
Hi Tulip. Feeling better, but I'm not out the woods, yet.
Ooooh, LOL! No, I don't think so either.
LOLOL! I'm glad the information was helpful to you!
I'm glad you are feeling better.
I had stepped away for a while - busy cleaning. LOL!
