You two make me tired with all your holiday planning every year! I expect I will fuss more than usual this year since Dawn and Tyler will be here, but I'm turning the decorating over to them. I don't care much about all the fuss. I am just looking forward to having my family with me. We'll spend one day in Eureka Springs. It is awesome at Christmastime and Dawn and Tyler both love it there. I do too.

I got invited to go to St. Augustines for a few days at Christmas in our friends RV, but with all that's going on I plan on staying right here. We will be totally alone, with all our friends gone back east or traveling. I doubt if I'll get much decorating done either. If I get a real tree I will have to buy everything that goes on it, and I'm afraid that kind of shopping won't be first place.

Oh well, I still have my outside deer and two small trees for the house.

LOL We do get into it and its alot of planning and work but we both love it. :) I've had this year's theme floating around in my mind for a long time just hadn't done anything about it. Then about this time last year I ran across a couple of things that made it all start to fall in place visually. Of course, it was so late in the year that I'd already committed to something entirely different so this one has sorta grown and evolved over the past year. LOL

How great that Dawn and Tyler are going to be with you this year. I've been to Eureka Springs a couple of times but never in the winter. That should be fun. I think I remember seeing photos or an article sometime back about how they celebrate Christmas... maybe it was in Southern Living.
