Morning!
First thing to greet upon waking this morning was news that some places were closed -one in particular because the night maintenence guys didn't leave the heat on and a pipe burst, flooding the building.
*chuckle*

Yikes. Too bad for those business or office owners. And REALLY too bad for the maintenance company who sounds liable.

Beware neighbors playing in the breaker boxes...this could go badly for the entire project.

Hoping that your night was restful and fall, or slide, free.

Morning, everyone.

Great idea to take Tyler.

I will never forget delivering Christmas presents to families who otherwise would have had none with my brother and father - an instant lesson in being thankful for what we were blessed to have.

Enjoy having your family with you.

if you call it a nature preserve you can get the radical environmentalist vote.

Yeah! I was all set to vote with you for the nature preserve :)

I guess that you've heard that WallyWorld is matching donations to the Salvation Army at their stores. I'll be dropping of my check there this year.

Mt.Laundry was climbed over the weekend here - have fun.

Last weather report before they left on Friday said that it was supposed to be in the mid 40's all weekend...
*chuckle*

Sometimes it pays to flip a coin and go with your gut instincts rather than what the weatherman says.
And they should have done so with that one.
They're going to be spending all day fixing that today.

Yes, I think that's super too. I wasn't much of a WallyWorld shopper before, went there when I needed to but not out of any big loyalty or desire to shop there. But I may shop there more now.

Heheh - I'm not proposing shopping there, just donating to the kettles there.

Funny part is, the temp had dropped below freezing at least five times over the weekened.
The temp wobbled and bounced like a fishing bobber..

I am a one man cold front.
Waves of icy coldness drift from my frosty skin!
I can freeze things at but a touch!
Bwah-hah-hah-hah-hah-haaa!
/ joke

Ohhhhhhhhh...........my.............gooooness. That is cold.. Yikes. At least the sun is out here and it's around 51º. That's not too bad in comparison. The wind makes it colder feeling tho.
