I love the open, free-flowing floorplan - just wonderful.
I love it too. I wasn't looking for a new house, but the older ones are too damned expensive, and after seeing that open plan they looked too cut up and closed in.
We could have saved ourselves a lot of time if we had decided on this one when we first saw it. We compared all the rest to it, and they couldn't pass the room test. ;)

If the house doen't sell itself to the looker, no amount of realtor b.s. will ever make the deal. When I was selling houses, I'd just open them up and tell the lookers to go in and see if the house suited their needs, and stay the heck on the outside.
We were lucky Loddy. We had a buyer's agent so she didn't try selling us anything.. Just booked appointments for us and found properties.
