Subbie Slip has her whip, handcuffs and legcuffs today.

Both Vastie and I read Dean Koontz. That was one of his words in his last book. The meaning from Dean Koontz was more of someone who is a seer. They can see what is going to happen, but usually can't do anything until after the fact.
Oh, I hate those as much as the popcorn kernel sweet things at Halloween.
