Yeah, textures and sound quality on medium really fixes everything.
I hope Valve patches the game to fix this up.

The game totally rocks but Steam sucks. If you are going to get it, you might as well just get it from steam.
They punish you otherwise.

w00t, game finished. Took roughly 4 days. 20 - 25 hours of gameplay i would guess...... Back to life....

Congrats! I'm about half way through it.

BTW, a glitch in the game seems to take away your ability to jump in the last few levels. I thought it was part of the game at first, but it kept me from advancing.
I soon found out that others were having the same problem. Just restart the game, and it should fix itself..... FYI
