I doubt he/she/whatever can even have that. A great many of those blue counties are "landlocked" within the red, and thus are in scant position to negotiate. ;)

You can have the specific areas by county that are blue. NJ might have gone to Kerry, but my county went to Bush. We are in the country and got outnumbered by the city fools again. So you can have the cities, we will keep the land and the less populated areas!
