Trust me: Much will be made of the 2 jurors who were dismissed and how quickly the new jury came to a verdict.

Greta, et al are rambling on and on about other stuff, but soon 'the issue' will be the jury replacements.

The legal panel is beginning to inch into it now.

I agree. As much as I wanted this trial over and done with I'm afraid we might have more in store. Ack!!

I'm finding out that hard of hearing...ain't so bad. Mil is in her room resting, Sarah and hubby have gone shopping...I'm FReeping with the hearing aids turned off and loving the peace and quiet.

I heard a Cali prosecutor address this issue on CBS Radio.....

He said, and appeal based on jury dismissal is very, very hard to win.

In this case, he thinks that will be the only thing Geragas will try to appeal and he will, as he has continually, lose, yet again. Going down in history as a pretty lousy lawyer.
