Reagan switched his party affiliation to Republican officially in, I believe, 1964 or '65.

As for Deano, I think he, like Sinatra, was initially a blue-collar Truman-Kennedy Democrat. Sinatra, frozen out of the Kennedy circle because of his reputed mob association, switched his support to the Republican Party in the late 1960s. He was honorary chairman of the 1985 Reagan Inaugural.

And of course, Jerry Lewis is a Republican. :)
