What is wrong with Michael Savage?
11-10-2004 | Rca2000

Does anyone here listen to Savege nation? I do, most of the time. Michael Is entertaining, and he DOES tell it like it is. BUT, it seems like nothing Bush does is EVER good enough for him. I never hear Michael complimenting W on much of anything.

Is this just my imagination?

What do you mean what's wrong with him? He's the same as ever, nutty as a fruit cake. But it can be good to listen to him to see how he lines up the raisins & pecans. He's nuts, but he's not always wrong and certainly can jolt a person.

He's direct, open and honest. Tells it like it is. When he issues a compliment, it is sincere and heartfelt.

Keep listening.

He's the only one talking about the coming storm.

like alot of freepers, he's worried about this amnesty issue. its good he is out in front of it. i think his criticism of Gonzales as AG is out of line - give the guy a chance, then we can comment.

Without Kerry he doesn't know what to do. But he makes some good points.

He's been pretty upbeat lately; what's the problem?

From page one of the Savage Weiner listeners guide:

If your name isn't Weiner, nothing you do is any good.

Savage is right about illegal immigration.

I worked hard to volunteer for Bush in FL, I contributed, and voted. Less than a week later I get stabbed inthe back with a Bush amnesty plan for illegals and Bush supporting Specter when Toomey could have won. Bush actually lost PA because he stabbed Toomey in the back.

I like Savage. I liked Bush but he is turning into a RINO like his father.

You never hear Savage compliment anyone on anything.

That's a fact. On occassion, he can be entertaining, it's a bit rare though. Anyone who does this stuff for a living has got to have an ego, but this boy's ego is large

I used to half enjoy Savage until he got that show on MSNBC. After he was fired from that show, he got very morose. Just constantly gripping about something or depressed.

He seems to spend more time talking about himself and how unfair his world is, than anything else. One minute he is on board with Bush and then the next he acts like anyone who likes Bush is a commie or something.

I really think he is depressed from being fired. I have been suicidal in the past, and some of the things he says, and his talking about his problems so much makes me worry that he is somewhat suicidal.

Or, it could all be an act but I noticed the change seemed abrupt.

I've just started to listen to him.
Do you think he is for real when he starts yelling about something.
Or does he do it for the ratings.

A happy life is filled with art, music, science, friends, great food, inspiration, optimism, loving, learning, joy and peacefulness. Why anyone would purposefully waste precious time listening to Michael Weiner "Savage" rant like a madman is beyond me.

He's a blow hard who has nothing to add. In Los Angeles, he replaced Hugh Hewitt from 5PM - 8PM. Too bad.

I do agree with him, that illegals should be rounded up, and sent home. but he seems to think that Bush is just out to sell all of us out. My God, doesn't he realize he could have caused Bush to lose, and THEN, would he had been happy with J-K flip-flop as prez?

I've long suspected that he's a phony. His real name is Michael Weiner, and his parents were New York Marxist radicals back in the WW2 era.

At any rate, he deserves a lot of criticism for changing his name . . . if he had named his book The Weiner Nation, it would have been a best-seller for decades. LOL.
