Could Bush be elected again? (VANITY)

Something I was thinking today. Could bush be elected again? I was thinking he was appointed by the Supreme Court in 2000 and this time he was elected. So technically he was only elected once. So could he run again? Im sure Bush wont run again Im not saying that at all. Just something I was curious about.

He was elected by the electors in 2000. He will be elected by the electors in 2004.
He was never "appointed" to anything and he can't run again.

W was not "appointed" he won fair and square back in 2000, had enough electoral votes to take the presidency so the answer would be no he cannot be elected again but the thought sure is a fine one! BUSH EIGHT MORE YEARS!
