We had a discussion about duct tape in network class night night. We did a sort of lap where we were divided in groups and were supposed to design a network for the new residence hall / community center.
After being told that most of the ceilings are solid, my group decided to just run cables along the ceiling and tape 'em down with designer duct tape in many pretty colors. Well...not really, but it did come up. ;-)
I haven't done any weights (or walkin') in awhile. Hard to get motivated during the dark season. Gosh, I hate that about winter! I dislike the cold somewhat, but I like snow. It's the lack of light that gets to me. Realllly gets to me.
Well, I now have a very good weight book, and a set of weights, so no excuses at all.
I like your plan! It sounds like a lot less work....
Rosie, have you ever tried those "natural sunlight" lightbulbs for winter? I bought some Seventh Generation Natural Spectrum lightbulbs after OB's accident when he was so confined to the house and they seemed to help his overall well-being. Now I use them in the kitchen, where I spend a lot of time in the winter, and they do make gloomy days less gloomy. They are a little pricey, BUT, they last so much longer than regular lightbulbs that the cost averages out. You can get them at most health foods stores. Just a thought, we still have a lot of winter to go!
