Ugh... just did a series weightlift workout. I'm all shaky. I've been lazy lately but Mom sent me a really good book with routines you can do with just dumbells. I got a set of adjustable weights and worked myself hard. I feel good...
And so I deserve Chinese food tonight. Good thing I already had plans to go out.

Actually it would have been good if I had kept myself in shape over the years, a bit late now, though!
